My client is a leading firm based in York, currently looking to expand their medical negligence team with a senior associate.
The medical negligence team of this specialist personal injury firm in York are looking to recruit a medical negligence solicitor. As a medical negligence solicitor you will handle a wide range of often high value claims arising from areas of medical negligence such as birth injuries, cosmetic surgery claims, diagnosis errors, incorrect prescription and claims against nursing care.
You will be a qualified solicitor with a wealth of experience in handling medical negligence cases from start to finish. You will have experience in dealing with high value and complex claims surrounding medical mishaps and be capable of running multiple files simultaneously. You will have practised at a leading or specialist firm and given the nature of the claims, have excellent client facing skills.
