A FTSE listed Media and Publishing business is looking for a strong Finance Business Partner. The Finance Business Partner will report to the Finance Director of one of the key divisions and work with the senior leadership team of Sales and Marketing to drive profitability.
This Finance Business Partner position is a hugely commercial role. It holds huge potential to impact the top line as well as driving efficiencies and cost transformation initiatives to influence overall bottom line growth. The Finance Business Partner will provide financial support for decisions on project and portfolio investments as well as building business cases, conducting investment appraisals and constantly seek improvement opportunities.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) with significant post-qualified experience in a business partnering role. Exposure to the Media or Technology sectors would be beneficial but candidates with good, transferable experience from other sectors will also be considered. Experience working in a large, matrix organisation is essential.
