Investigo are currently partnering with a large media company searching for a financial accountant. The projected duration of the contract is 6 months, however there is a possibility that this will be extended. The client is searching for a fully qualified professional accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with at least 2 years of post-qualified experience.
Responsibilities Include:
The successful candidate will effectively demonstrate an ability to meet multiple deadlines and collaborate within a team, as well as being highly attentive to detail. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential. Previous experience in the media and/or tech industries is desirable but not essential.
Responsibilities Include:
- Preparation of statutory financial statements while being compliant with appropriate accounting standards.
- Assist in the preparation of the consolidated PLC financial statements compliant with IFRS.
- Subsidiaries compliant with FRS 101/ FRS 102.
- Prepare analysis required by tax advisors.
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations for specified accounts.
