The Commercial Development Solicitor Opportunity
- Work within a leading Real Estate team mainly acting for a growing number of commercial property developers
- Your real estate experience will extend across handling and delivering the full range of commercial developer requirements including: site acquisition, construction packages, pre-lets, forward funding together with landlord and tenant work on completed sites
- You will join a three partner team in Leeds with room at the top for the right candidate
- Clients include regional and national commercial developers within a highly specialised real estate team

The Candidate
- Commercial real estate lawyer with significant commercial development experience
- A desire to succeed and further develop our leading practice
- Strong academic profile and experience with the range and depth across handling and delivering the full range of commercial development requirements
- Commitment to business development and delivering first rate client service
