Due to long term succession planning, this legal 500 firm is looking for a real estate finance solicitor/partner to join their commercial property team.
The Taunton based firm already has a domineering and very successful real estate practice that was established many, many years ago.
Your day to day practice will include clearing and private banks lending to the UK and off-shore based corporates, high net worth individuals, development/investment projects and business ventures.
This firm has historically had endless success in this practice area, with a particular specialism in the hotel and leisure sector, they're a down to earth and friendly team, and we are not just saying that! There are no ego's here, so those looking to break free from this type of toxic environment elsewhere are encouraged to get in touch.
As the real estate finance solicitor/partner, you will join a large award-winning team with an even larger national department, all without losing that personal touch and family feel, it's the best of both worlds!
You will lead on and handle top quality real estate/real estate finance work, normally reserved for London and City-based practices, but all based in Taunton, so no need to travel extensively throughout the country.
This opportunity can be offered at senior associate or salaried partner level - with an excellent salary to match.
