Role Description
As the appointed Legal Counsel, you will undertake a range of non-contentious legal work, including the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts such as:
- Sponsorship and player agreements
- Technology agreements
- Supplier and services agreements
Candidate Profile
The ideal In House Counsel will have:
- 2+ years' PQE as a Commercial Lawyer
- Exposure to the protection and commercialisation of IP and to privacy and consumer related matters
- Excellent academics
- Solid private practice or in house training
- Great interpersonal skills
- The ability to work collaboratively
