Financial Controller

Your new company
A high growth executive search function is looking to recruit a Financial Controller to join the London finance function, working closely with the CFO in the US. This is an exciting time to join the business, the company is expanding into new markets and this is a good opportunity for a technically strong accountant to join the team.

Your new role
You will be responsible for the day to day management of the London finance function including management of 3 staff. You will be producing the monthly management accounts and the co-ordination of regulatory reporting. You will develop and improve financial and KPI reporting across the business and coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant with an ACA qualification and proven experience in a financial controller role. You will need to have strong UK and US experience and a good technical reporting and tax knowledge. You will have staff management experience and the ability to interact with senior stakeholders, building strong working relationships.
