My client is a marketing agency providing top level data analytics to businesses to aid them in campaigns. They are looking for a Financial Controller to join their EMEA finance team on a contract basis for a 5-6 month period. With offices on the Strand they are in a fantastic location to both commute to and work, with Covent Garden just out the front.

- Managing the month end process for the EMEA business, including providing oversight on the accounts receivables, accounts payable, payroll, prepayments, accruals and general ledger.
- Preparation and analysis of revenue reports under IFRS 15.
- Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations and P&L variance analysis.
- Business partnering with the local teams, operations and group finance.
- Year-end audit, involving the preparation of statutory accounts under FRS 102.
- Process improvement on the transformation project.
- Any ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required.
Profile:
- Chartered Accountant (ACA or ACCA) - with 5+ years of post-qualified experience.
- Strong technical background, with detailed knowledge of IFRS and ideally from practice.
- Strong excel skills and previous with Hyperion (HFM) and salesforce.
- A background in a marketing/advertising/service business viewed favourably.
