Our client is a global Media / Entertainment / Digital company that is currently looking for a Financial Controller to join their well-established team. You will play a pivotal role within the finance function as the business grows. Salary up to £85,000 plus bonus. Incredible working culture.

- Responsible for the management of the day-to-day and month-end close process
- Build relationships across central finance functions and global accounting transactions
- Ensure revenue recognition is in line with IFRS 15
- Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and P&L variance analysis
- Managing a Senior Accountant
- Be the main lead for the year-end financial close process
- Prepare statutory accounts under FRS 102
- Main point of contact for both internal and external audit
- The financial controller is responsible for overseeing the accounting systems, processes, and procedures toe ensure efficient operations across the business.
The candidate:
- ACA or ACCA qualified with 6 - 8 years PQ experience
- Knowledge of IFRS
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and training
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong interpersonal, organisational and time management skills
- Experience across a wide range of accounting areas: account payable, accounts receivable, management accounting, FP&A and commercial
