Corporate Finance Manager

Frazer John Recruitment Finance Practice is recruiting for a leading energy organisation in their search for a Corporate Finance Manager to work out of their brand new Manchester city centre offices.

The Corporate Finance Manager will ideally be ACA qualified from a top ten practice and consideration will be given to candidates within audit, restructuring, transaction services or corporate finance. Any exposure to financial modelling would be a distinct advantage and advanced Excel skills are a pre-requisite. The ability to lead presentations and liaise and challenge senior stakeholders will be essential. The Corporate Finance Manager will also need to be work to tight deadlines and work collaboratively as part of a team. Key responsibilities for the Corporate Finance Manager will involve the following:-

• Full responsibility for the shareholder valuations model
• Presentation of findings to senior stakeholders
• Scheduled analysis on reporting, business planning, financing etc.
• Due dilligence on potential acquisitions
• Scenario analysis
• Pricing analysis
• Review and interpretation of data provided
• Ad-hoc project work

Salary is anywhere between £55,000 and £65,000 + substantial benefits package
