Partner Financial are currently working with a high growth international technology business. With a strong commitment to excellence, growth in the market and changes to the operating model, the business requires additional support in their commercial team.
Reporting to the Finance Director you will have the opportunity to play a key role in driving the business change and systems implementation agenda across the business. This will be a global role with interaction both centrally and with local markets.
Key responsibilities will include:
Reporting to the Finance Director you will have the opportunity to play a key role in driving the business change and systems implementation agenda across the business. This will be a global role with interaction both centrally and with local markets.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying financial and commercial risks and ensuring mitigation to ensure the Programmes success is not compromised;
- Prepare and present monthly budgets and forecasts for both short and long term planning;
- Implementing Project Accounting methodologies to strengthen governance and influence risk management;
- Providing the financial insight that will influence and support strategic decision making through financial modelling and scenario analysis;
- Taking ownership for the review of various business cases at key points and recording actual spend vs forecast;
- Completion of month end management accounts, including headcount reporting, variance analysis and commentary as required;
- Commercial management of project contracts, ensuring compliance, negotiation of new contract spend and adherence to terms;
- Taking ownership for creating and managing the cost recharging methodologies.
- A Qualified Accountant;
- Experience in business partnering with cost functions and driving transformational change;
- Proven experience driving and influencing change;
- Experience analysing business cases and investment opportunities;
- A natural ability to manage a multitude of senior stakeholders.
