The role
The firm require a Construction Solicitor into their flourishing Birmingham City Centre office.
You will join an award-winning construction team that is led by a team of Partners widely regarded as leaders in their field and who are regularly recommended by clients for their reputation, personalities and outstanding expertise.
Real Estate is a very busy department, you will deal with a mix of both contentious and non-contentious construction work.
The broadness and variety of the caseload, will make for an interesting role. This role comes with good career prospects and career development.

Requirements
- You will be a Construction Lawyer with at least 3 years PQE (there is no upper limit in regard to the amount of PQE and I would urge even the most experienced of candidates to apply)
- You should work for a well-known construction department
- A meticulous eye for detail is essential
- Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your background and level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
