The Role
This is a rare opportunity to join a leading firm as a Corporate Associate/Partner and draw upon your UK Mergers and Acquisitions and overall corporate commercial experience. You will undertake an array of duties which may include: business sales and acquisitions; joint ventures; regulatory matters and; private equity investment. Business development will also be a key feature of the role, so experience in engaging in networking and marketing would be advantageous. The Candidate
Applications are encouraged from Partners and Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years' PQE in corporate commercial matters.
