COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR: The ideal Commercial Property Solicitor will be highly experienced with a minimum of four years' PQE, gained at another top quality real estate team, with a solid understanding of the broad spectrum of commercial property law. Solicitors must be technically & commercially astute, with a flair for business development and possess demonstrable ability to work within a team, delivering a first class service to a diverse range of clients. You will be acting on a wide range of contentious commercial work on behalf of both international and domestic clients, including investment companies, pension funds, private equity houses and REITs, as well as developers and occupiers. Specialisms include but not limited to, handling of freehold and leasehold commercial conveyancing transactions, adhering and managing deadlines, commercial development, landlord & tenant, acquisitions and disposals.
