We are currently handling a CFO search for a PE backed, high-growth B2B / Technology business. The CFO will join the business as it continues to grow both organically and via targeted M&A, and will have high commercial aptitude, operating as a true business partner to the CEO.

- Work closely with the CEO, Board and PE owners to continue growing the business
- Develop KPI's for the business and provide regular and insightful management information, forecasts, analysis and commentary to the Board
- Lead on M&A activity
- Manage cash-flow and the cost-base to support growth within budget
- Work closely with sales and operational teams to monitor, assess and negotiate projects and customer contracts to drive profitability
- Develop and optimise accounting, process and controls and assist with IT & systems implementation to enhance efficiency
- Qualified accountant and experienced CFO
- Previous PE experience
