Employment Lawyer - Practice Development role - Cardiff - NQ-6

My client is an exceptional national law firm with a simply stellar reputation for employment work nationwide as well as within Cardiff and South Wales.

An unusual role for a junior to mid level employment solicitor, likely at the NQ to 5 year mark, perhaps slightly disillusioned or dissatisfied with traditional private practice fee earning and now looking for something quite different. This is a practice development lawyer role for a qualified employment solicitor with excellent written and communication skills- likely someone with a natural flair for writing and now looking for a role that encompasses a whole variety of skills and tasks such as: supporting the team's client training, speaking at conferences, undertaking research assignments for the team on employment issues and preparing articles.

A fantastic role that doesn't offer the usual constraints of fee earning targets and billing pressures.

You're likely to have strong academics and be coming from a strong regional or national firm as a qualified or upcoming qualified employment solicitor.
