Responsibilities of your new role
Key elements of your new role will include:
- Joining a small team that specialises in providing business advice to SME and OMB clients in the local region
- Advising on all aspects of commercial law work
- Negotiating and drafting a broad range of contractual agreements
- Predominantly working with smaller scale clients, meaning that you will get involved with matters at an early stage and often act in a similar manner to an in-house legal counsel
The firm seeks an England and Wales qualified Solicitor who demonstrates:
- Strong technical knowledge around commercial law and the ability to deliver advise in a straight forward and consumable fashion
- 2+ years of PQE gained specialising in commercial contracts work at either a UK law firm or in an in-house legal team
- The desire to work for a boutique law firm that plays a key role in their clients' business activities
The successful Commercial Solicitor will be offered:
- £40,000 - £70,000 per annum
