JOB TITLE: Clinical Negligence Locum LOCATION: Greater Manchester PQE REQUIRED: 3+ years SALARY: Competitive hourly rate
THE ROLE: As the appointed Clinical Negligence Locum, you will be experience and skilled in this area of law. You will join a team of highly successful clinical negligence specialists and be responsible for your own varied caseload of litigated and non-litigated cases. You will be required to hit the ground running and pick up on some existing files where your task will be to assess and advise on the prospects of success on a range of fast track Clinical Negligence claims up to the value of £25,000.
THE CANDIDATE: You will be passionate and possess impressive technical expertise and outstanding communication and client care skills. To be a successful Clinical Negligence locum within this busy firm, you will have the confidence and ability to take appropriate daily decisions on cases to ensure efficient progression. Excellent knowledge of the law relating to personal injury/clinical negligence and the civil litigation process is essential.
