Highly Acclaimed Law Firm in a wonderful London West End location aims to appoint a Practice Manager.
Applications are invited from Practice Managers with experience of the day to day smooth running of a law firm and used to being an integral part of the management team with direct responsibility for HR, Recruitment and Compliance.
An extremely diverse role and one in which the successful Practice Manager will be able to initiate and deliver change to build on the success and development of this progressive law firm.
It is thought that the successful candidate will have developed a very practical skill set and be able to communicate their thoughts in a clear and easy to understand way regardless of subject or indeed audience.
With regard to qualifications this firm is completely open to Practice Managers applying with or with out HR or other professional qualifications. Hands on experience of life with in a busy law firm, a practical knowledge of Solicitors Code of Conduct and an awareness of SARs are the key qualities that will be appreciated.
