Our work spans financial and digital literacy, entrepreneurship, sexual and reproductive health, gender and youth engagement and we need a management accountant. Clients and funders include Unilever, the World Bank, USAID, UKAID, UNCDF, One.org, Mozilla Foundation and the EU. The company has offices in Brighton, Cape Town, Nairobi, Lagos and Washington, DC.
This is a management accountant position for a person who is dynamic, looking to both deliver strong added value to a fast growing SME, and to learn deeper & wider experience in a venture capital back organisation with an international footprint.
About this Management accountant role:
To aid management accountant, managerial planning and commercial decision-making by providing appropriate financial and non-financial information and undertaking related accounts analysis. Advise senior management and other line managers (financial partnering) about the financial implications of business decisions to aid growth and profit.

Qualifications and training required for the management accountant
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
- 3-5 years post qualified experience
- Excellent MS Excel
- Good oral and written communication skills
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent analytical and numerical abilities
