A great opportunity has arisen for an immigration solicitor to join this highly regarded and leading Legal 100 firm in the West End of London.
This Legal 100 firm would like to recruit a senior lawyer (associate or partner) to help build and develop their existing immigration practice, you will have the opportunity to grow your practice will be actively supported and encouraged.
The right individual will be a lawyer of at least 5 years' PQE, who has a strong and transferrable business development experience. Your practice will be focussed on SME corporate immigration and high-net-worth individuals who want to receive tailored and personal advice from their lawyer, with regards to their immigration options.
The immigration team advise businesses and individuals with a number of corporate and commercial immigration matters including: Immigration Compliance for Employers, Immigration Compliance for Educational Institutions, Immigration Solutions for the Technology Sector, Dealing with migrants after a takeover or a merger, Sponsor Licence Application, Sports Person Applications, Government Authorised Exchange Programmes, Overseas Domestic Workers Applications, Representative of Overseas Company applications, Sponsor Licence Applications.
