A leading global medical technology company is seeking a commercial lawyer between 1 to 3 years PQE, to join the in-house legal team at the UK head office. The lawyer will need experience of commercial law gained either in private practice or in-house. The role will support a diverse business and the workload will be varied and include drafting and negotiating outsourcing agreements, supply, distribution agreements and heads of terms. Additionally, experience in company secretarial work and corporate work such as share and asset sale agreements and company law, contracts in the healthcare sector or outsourcing is an added bonus but not a pre-requisite for this role. The lawyer will require the ability to deal confidently and build strong relationships with all levels of the organisation as a business partner.
