Our client is widely known for its coverage of the funds, banking and finance, corporate commercial, disputes and commercial property spaces, and they are hugely robust and successful in these areas. A disputes lawyer is now wanted for an exclusive opportunity in the experienced and specialist dispute resolution group, based in Jersey.
This is one of the largest offshore teams and they provide advice on technical, strategic and procedural aspects of contentious commercial issues. This role will require support for partners and wider team, and the work will cover varied commercial disputes matters including, trusts, white collar crime, regulatory, financial services and professional indemnity issues. The successful candidate will have recently qualified or have a more experienced skill set; this role is open to both junior and mid-level disputes solicitors. Applications are invited from lawyers who have qualified in the UK, Australia or New Zealand, or any other common law jurisdiction.
This is an exciting opportunity for a junior-level disputes lawyer to take their career in a different direction offshore. For solicitors based overseas, a highly competitive relocation, sponsorship and remuneration package is available.
