Responsibilities of your new role
The key elements of your new Commercial Litigation role will include:
- Becoming part of a high-performing team and quickly moving into a leadership position if so desired
- Joining a busy and dynamic team that handles heavyweight commercial litigation
- Working alongside Legal 500 recommended Partners and Solicitors
- Handling a varied caseload of contentious commercial matters including the obtaining of emergency interim relief, supervising Search Orders, shareholder disputes and much more
- Handling high-profile and high-value disputes often with cross-border elements
The firm seeks a Commercial Litigation Solicitor who demonstrates:
- 5+ years of PQE
- Strong commercial experience at a reputable firm
- Excellent relationship and client handling skills
- German language skills are advantageous but not essential
The successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor will be offered:
- £55,000 - £85,000 per annum, dependent on experience
- 24 days of holiday (increases by 1 day on 3rd, 4th and 5th year of service)
