JOB TITLE: Planning Solicitor PQE REQUIRED: 1 year to senior associate LOCATION: Manchester SALARY: Competitive
THE ROLE: This is an excellent opportunity for a planning solicitor to join one of Manchester's leading planning teams. With all the support and training that is appropriate to their experience level, the appointed planning solicitor will be responsible for providing advice and legal representation to clients involved in a broad range of commercial development matters. They will also have the opportunity to work on some contentious planning issues if desired.
THE CANDIDATE: I am looking to speak with planning solicitors with any level of PQE. Candidates must be technically astute with a flair for negotiation and commercial acumen. The successful candidate will be apt at building lasting working relationships with clients and will have a demonstrable drive to contribute to the planning team's ongoing success.
