JOB TITLE: Part Time Corporate Solicitor PQE REQUIRED: 7+ years LOCATION: Oldham SALARY: Competitive

THE ROLE: This is an excellent opportunity for a corporate solicitor to take on a high quality caseload of corporate transactional work. The corporate team typically handle deals worth around a million pounds although they do undertake some work that is worth in excess of twenty million. You will be working directly under the Head of Corporate and Commercial who provides the department with a healthy stream of work meaning there will be not be a requirement for any business development (although corporate solicitors who enjoy this aspect of the role are more than welcome to incorporate this into it if desired). This role would suit corporate solicitors looking to work two or three days a week although high calibre solicitors looking to work full time are encouraged to apply.

THE CANDIDATE: This role would suit experienced corporate solicitors with at least seven years PQE. Candidates must be confident managing their own caseload of corporate transactions with minimal supervision from partners. An excellent technical skillset along with a demonstratable sense of commercial acumen are musts.
