A Multi-site retailer based on the outskirts of London are looking to recruit an Interim Finance Systems Manager on an initial 6-month contract.
The business is implementing Oracle and you will be responsible for creating a Finance Systems support team for the organisation. In the interim, parts of the business will continue to operate on the legacy system. You will be tasked with driving a change mindset across the organisation as further sites look to migrate on to their new Oracle platform over the next 18 months. Communication and stakeholder management will be key as you will need to work in close proximity with Finance and other Global Process Owners to understand future requirements for the new system.
You will have previously implemented Oracle and have strong experience in the set-up phase of a project. This is not a pure Project Management role. You will have worked in a Large matrix style organisation and be expected to hit the ground running in what is a fast-paced changing business. It also preferred that you would have worked in a Finance function and have experience of managing 3rd party Finance systems.
