I am looking for a Financial Accountant to join the Private Markets Real Estate division of a leading Investment Management firm.
In this role, you will be responsible for reporting on the performance and finances of a portfolio of real estate investment structures. You will also provide accounting expertise for investment transactions within the Real Estate portfolio, in addition to preparing the calculations of performance figures on the managed properties and funds.
You will need to be a confident and effective communicator as you will work closely with the fund and asset managers, providing analysis and support for investment decisions and commercial transactions, as well as internal and external stakeholders. Working closely with the Finance Manager, this is a role where you can develop and grow with a view to assuming some of their responsibilities with time.

- Qualified accountant (ACA / CIMA)
- Accounts prep experience
- Experience within Real Estate, Investment Management or Fund Administrating
- Basic understanding of Investment vehicles in is essential
- Team player able to build strong working relationships
