This creative business is a strong disrupter in the market that it represents, working from this London Head office you will be part of a consultancy who are entering their next growth phase.

With over twenty years’ experience in their field this organisation are world class at providing their clients with a very different way of solving brands’ marketing and innovation problems.

They are now looking for a Finance Manager to join their team of creatives. As the Finance Manager you will be responsible for the UK and US, managing their day to day finances and managing the small finance team in the UK and US.

You will report directly into the CFO.

Responsibilities

  • Compiling monthly performance reports and variance analysis
  • Ensure transfer pricing policies are adhered to
  • Consolidation of US and UK entities
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Forecasting
  • Assist with the preparation and review of the group year end accounts and tax returns
  • Support sales and project teams on client and project management (including project profitability reviews)
  • Ad-hoc analysis as required
Requirements

  • You will be a qualified accountant ideally with a background in marketing, brand or similar creative environment, or have worked in a marketing agency, the need to have someone from this sector is very important to my client.
  • Because you are working with the US you need to have knowledge of their regulations.
  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and prioritise effectively.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and strict confidentiality.
  • A proactive approach is essential to this environment.
