Group Finance Manager

THE COMPANY:

We have partnered an innovative business within the energy sector. With a head office in Hull. They are looking to appoint a Group Finance Manager to join their team on an interim basis.

THE JOB:

Reporting into the Group Finance Director you will play an instrumental role in reporting and accounts preparation for the Group, the UK and the International subsidiaries. This broad role will have full responsibility for the following duties:

• Produce and provide monthly financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting.
• Prepare monthly reporting package, including operating results, KPIs and financial position and variance explanations.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and interpret financial data into meaningful reports
• Assisting in preparing annual audited statements
• Preparing financial budgets
• Support the finance team
• Interface with key stakeholders around the business
• Manage and develop current systems

THE PERSON:

The ideal candidate should possess the following attributes:

• Meticulous eye for detail
• IT literate.
• Must have first class communication skills and be able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Strong systems skills, systems implementation experience would be of interest
• Ambitious and driven, able to work on your own initiative
