Harmonic are working on behalf of a fast-growing FTSE listed Bank who are investing heavily in Bank wide change and major transformation projects covering IT and Finance. The business has a fantastic reputation for being 'different' to other major banks. Having recently brought on an experienced Finance Director to drive the Projects side of the business they are looking for a Finance Manager who is keen to be part of a team which is improving and implementing new processes and improving the way that Finance supports the business through major projects with increased exposure and communication.

The Role:

The Finance Manager (Change/ Projects) will Partner closely with various Non-Finance stakeholders providing support to major projects across the Bank. Key stakeholders include IT leadership teams and Project Management Leadership as well as Finance Director's in various business units.



Duties:

• Provide financial reporting and project accounting for multiple projects
• Drive process improvement processes
• Continuously improve financial controls
• Produce detailed planning, forecasting and budgeting (FP&A)
• Act as a business partner to stakeholders driving decision support and effective management of the projects
• Monitor and challenge financial targets and manage project costs
• Work with Senior stakeholders supporting with longer term project planning and strategy relating to future change

What we need to see:

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience working with company projects / transformation change
• Project Accounting experience
• Able to build rapport quickly with Non-Finance stakeholders
• Commercially astute
• Down to earth and humble - likes working in a fast paced but supportive, non-corporate culture

Additional Skills (bonus)

• SAP experience
• Financial Services Experience

Salary: Up to £70,000 + Excellent Bonus + Pension
