Responsibilities of your new role

- Providing legal support to key stakeholders of the group on such matters as commercial contracts, corporate acquisitions, data protection, IP, employment and property.
- Supporting the sales contract team in high value or complex sales negotiations.
- Understanding and managing corporate risk.
- Developing and delivering training to colleagues across the Group.
- Instructing and managing external legal counsel both in the UK and internationally.
The business looks to hire an In-House Counsel who demonstrates:
- NQ up to around 5 years of PQE - your responsibilities will be tailored to your experience
- In-house experience (preferred, not essential)
- Wider commercial nous in addition to your technical legal skills
