The market leader in the Tech Sector when it comes to corporate work is currently recruiting after promoting a number of associates to senior associates.
Working as part of a corporate team of 50 spread across the 'golden triangle' you will work with a number of the tech 'Unicorns' and some real household names. Plus a very friendly and social team who enjoy regular socials.
Yes the work is mainstream M&A but you can also expect to work with a lot of Venture Capitalists, especially with Oxford being on the 'Exit Belt'. Not only that but they have a capital markets partner so expect some exposure to this as well.
The successful candidate will have between 0-4PQE and good academics with experience gained working in corporate commercial law already. This could be with a recognised practice in private practice or In House. With agile working already in place here you can expect the best salary in the market, top class work and flexibility and opportunity to go with it.
