Our client, a private equity backed services business based in Kent, is seeking to appoint a skilled Project Accountant to support the business through an exciting period of growth and planned acquisitions. Working closely with the FD, this role will support the acquisition process, providing relevant documentation and preparation of key financial modelling. In addition, the role will assist with the due diligence process and provide ad-hoc project support as required by the business. This role will work closely with the external accountants, corporate finance and legal teams.
Candidates will be available to start a role in July / August and possess previous experience in a project-based role, specifically with exposure to due diligence and assisting in preparing for acquisitions. This is an opportunity to get excellent exposure at an exciting time for the business in a long-term contract role.
