We are currently partnering with a leading business services corporate that is focused on quality engagement and long-term relationships within their specialised field. Due to planned growth, there now exists an opportunity for a qualified accountant to join as Finance Manager to partner with the wider business and operations.
This is a visible role and you will be responsible for the effective planning, management reporting and profit improvement with non-financial stakeholders across the business. In addition, you will coach and develop the finance team to provide effective business partnering. Key to position is the ability to lead the planning process and manage and develop the reporting where possible. This role will work with operations nationally to help influence and drive profit improvements from a finance perspective.
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA) with excellent academics. Your background will demonstrate strong accounting and technical expertise, complimented with commercial acumen and business partnering ability. You will have hands-on analytical skills and whilst at the same time have experience of managing small finance teams. Exposure of working in the logistics or retail industry will be beneficial for your application.
