A FTSE 100 'Consumer Power Brand' in Berkshire is seeking to recruit a Senior Financial Accountant to join their expanding global Head Office finance function.
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will be joining the core group finance team responsible for delivering accounting expertise across the wider divisions.
Responsibilities include:
·Ownership for the preparation of consolidated financial statements ensuring compliance with IFRS
·Challenge the International Controllers on their respective local figures
·Management reporting with commentary, producing Group budgets & forecasts
·Act as the technical reporting advisor to the business, ensuring that appropriate
·Presenting tangible Group analysis to the Group FD and Senior Leadership Team
·Guide the finance operations team through process improvements
·Lead the year-end audit
The successful candidate will have:
·Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA or CIMA)
·Financial Reporting or Audit experience
·Understanding of a complex global business
