Associate Director - Business Services, Cheltenham, Up to £67,000

The Responsibilities:
* Provide support to Partners, help manage a team of 11 staff, ensuring that all reporting deadlines are met
* Responsible for a mixed portfolio of Corporate (Non audit) and Non Corporate clients across a variety of sectors
* Review of statutory accounts and responsible for delivery of company secretarial matters on your client portfolio
* Build and maintain good relationships with clients, becoming the first point of contact for most issues that arise
* Prepare quotes for new business, meeting with new and existing clients * Mentor and develop accounts staff, including training, appraisals and signing off trainee records
* Review and appraise internal working practices, identifying areas where efficiency improvements can be made
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* ACA/ACCA qualified, with experience of both Corporate and Non Corporate clients
* Enthusiastic about the opportunity to grow a team
* Proven track record of client management
* In depth accounts preparation and disclosure knowledge
* Experience of motivating a team to deliver results and developing staff to achieve their potential
* Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Sage; experience of Xero and Quickbooks would be useful
