Our client is an exciting awarding winning multi-site business, backed by Private Equity and with an acquisitive agenda. They have an exceptional management team and are looking to add a Head of Finance in their most acquisitive division. This role reports directly into the Group CFO but is crucially a partnering role to the Divisional MD.
They now have in place a talented board and an energetic high calibre commercial Head of Finance is sought to support growth. Reporting to the Group CFO you will take a key role in acquisitions and drive operational performance, working closely with the Group CFO and Group CEO. Exceptional commercial acumen and partnering skills are key.
Key responsibilities:

Key responsibilities:
- Business partnering with Divisional MD to drive operational performance
- Key support in M&A activity
- Full responsibility and accountability to the group CFO including provision of forecasts and budgets and contribution to long term strategic planning with the SMT
- Implementation of systems and procedures that support relevant and timely reporting of KPIs which highlight operational performance and variances, supported by a management accountant
- Management and development of the divisional finance team
- Responsibility for the monthly management P&L and return on capex projects
- Oversight of weekly sales analysis across the division and on a per site basis including revenue and labour margins and weekly KPIs
- Exciting opportunity to travel around the division
- You will be a graduate, qualified accountant with a broad financial and commercial
- Ideally you will have worked in large or scaling organisations or in divisional operation with
- You will be dynamic driven but still hands on with a real interest in creating best in class finance support
- You will possess good team skills, both developing the finance function itself but also have an ability to interact effectively outside finance, supporting Divisional Management and the Board
- You will have a strong desire to be part of a strategic growth plan and will be driven by a real interest in creating value in private equity backed business
