Commercial Property Solicitor

LAW Absolute are currently working on behalf of a fantastic law firm based in Surrey. Our client is looking to take on a permanent member of staff that will head up the Commercial Property Department and be able to develop and handle their own caseloads.

Responsibilities will include;

• Acquisitions and Disposals
• Retail Landlord and Tenant issues
• Development work
• Commercial Mortgages
• Business Development

Candidates must have a strong commercial property background with excellent client facing skills. Candidates must be capable of handling their own caseloads from instruction through to completion.
