We are looking for a qualified chartered accountant (all institutes considered) for this Finance Business Partner role. We will also consider part-qualified or exceptional candidates with equivalent, relevant experience in a business partnering role.
Our Finance Business Partners work closely with Directorates at a senior level to prepare a multi-year, rolling budgeted delivery plan. Operating as a business-embedded financial partnering service, you will be a source of expertise in budget and business planning, as well as in-year financial management, monitoring and reporting. Both a trusted advisor and a critical friend, as Finance Business Partner you will work effectively with stakeholders and senior colleagues to ensure that financial planning is aligned with broader organisational goals.
You must have a proven track record of financial business partnering and workforce planning at a senior level in a large, complex organisation. Outstanding relationship management skills are vital, supported by strong technical finance ability and the capability to advise, challenge and influence. The skills to create and communicate business insights based on data management and modelling is essential for this Finance Business Partner role, while experience of managing high-performance finance teams is highly desirable.
