The Commercial Finance Manager will have a broad range of responsibilities and is a new and evolving role within this Falkland Islands based company. Understanding that stakeholder management is key, the Management Accountant will possess exceptional interpersonal skills. Reporting into the company's Finance Director, the Commercial Finance Manager will be tasked with -

The Commercial Finance Manager will have a broad range of responsibilities and is a new and evolving role within this Falkland Islands based company. Reporting into the company's Finance Director, the Commercial Finance Manager will be tasked with -
- Develop Stock and Construction WIP reporting
- Providing accurate, timely and concise analytics in stock and construction
- Supporting other areas of the business as and when required
- Working closely with the Chief Management Accountant, Retail and Construction Directors and other senior managers of the business on ad hoc projects
- Providing Divisional Sales and Margin analysis, dashboard reporting and KPI reporting
- Provide analysis for the construction department monitoring sales, profitability and maintenance and overheads cost
- Liaise with external auditors to produce annual information
- Management and development responsibilities within a small team

- Full Accountancy Qualification, or Relevant work experience (QBE)
- Proven operational track record in a commercial organization
- Solid understanding of accounting software, preferably SAGE Line 1000 and Microsoft Excel
- Savvy stakeholder management - managing relationships and expectations
- Pragmatic and proactive team player
