Fford & Stone is seeking a German qualified lawyerfor an INTERIM position to be based in Berlin. This role will operate on a rolling contract basis - parti time - 20 hours per week.

The remit will address exciting projects, negotiate high-worth contracts with customers and handle many other commercial legal matters.

For consideration you must;
  • Be a lawyer qualified in Germany
  • 5 PQE or above*
  • Commercial experience is essential. Hi-tech / construction / industrial is an advantage
  • Fluent German and English.
  • Ableto hit the ground running and used to dealing with a variety of complex commercial legal matters including, contract drafting, project work and dispute resolution
  • Have a demonstrable track-record in maintaining productive business relationships with key internal and external partners
The role will provide exposure to big-ticket project work and high-level negotiations as part of a close-knit, dynamic multi-national team. You must be robust, articulate and driven. Excellent prospects can be available for team members that distinguish themselves.
