An experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor is sought by a fantastic boutique firm in North Yorkshire. This is a permanent, full time position.

Role Description
The appointed Corporate Commercial Solicitor will take on a key role, with a view to heading the department in the short to medium term. You will be taking on work to include:
- Corporate deals of up to around £15 million across M&A, start-ups, financing arrangements
- Commercial work includes the full range of commercial contracts, as well as IP, IT and joint venture work
Candidate Profile
The successful Corporate Commercial Lawyer will have:
- At least 4 years' PQE but possibly considerably more - potentially up to around 10 years' PQE
- Strong experience in corporate and commercial work
- The ability to work with autonomy
- The desire to work in a smaller practice and the confidence to build a client base alongside colleagues
- £45,000 - £70,000 per annum (DOE)
- Possible immediate partnership for more experienced applicants who can demonstrate client development skills
- A clear path to partnership for less experienced applicants
