About the Role
The Legal Director will work closely with the Corporate Commercial Lead Partner in Leeds. The department is part of a large national corporate team which offers the full remit of corporate work to include:
- M&A
- MBOs and MBIs
- Joint ventures
- Re-organisations
- Shareholders agreements
- Investment agreements
- Corporate governance and compliance
The team is looking for a Corporate Legal Director who can demonstrate:
- At least 7 years' PQE
- A strong commercial approach and exceptional critical thinking abilities
- Strong ties to Leeds; familiarity with the regional marketplace as well as being used to dealing with national clients
- Experience working with both private sector and public sector clients - desirable though not essential
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Job Offer
