JOB TITLE: Construction Solicitor PQE REQUIRED: 1 year+ PQE LOCATION: Bristol SALARY: Excellent + Benefits
THE ROLE: In a varied and diverse role, the successful Construction Solicitor will handle their own caseload of matters, as well as working as part of the larger team. The caseload will focus around providing specialist transactional construction advice to client covering a broad range of sectors. The role will provide the opportunity for the appointed Construction Solicitor including public bodies, government departments and engineering companies. The experience that can be gained in this role is vast and the successful Construction Solicitor will work on complex and significant projects.
THE CANDIDATE: Our client is open to the level of experience that the Construction Solicitor has provided they have had some experience of handling non-contentious work and are keen to expand on their transactional experience. It would be preferable that the Construction Solicitor has a strong academic background and has gained their experience at a leading national or city practice. The Construction Solicitor should be client focused, demonstrate a solid commercial acumen and have a strong analytical ability allowing them to work fairly independently or under minimal supervision.
