JOB TITLE: Corporate / Commercial Solicitor PQE REQUIRED: 5+ years LOCATION: Barrow-in-Furness SALARY: Competitive
THE ROLE: My client are looking to recruit an experienced corporate / commercial solicitor to join their small, yet dynamic corporate and commercial team. The appointed corporate / commercial solicitor will be managing a busy and varied caseload consisting of business mergers and acquisitions, start-ups commercial contracts and intellectual property. There will also be the chance to work on some commercial property cases if desired.
THE CANDIDATE: I am looking to speak with corporate / commercial solicitors with at least five years PQE. Candidates must be capable of managing their own caseload autonomously and must be apt at business development and networking. A genuine desire to contribute to the corporate / commercial team's ongoing success is a must.
THE FIRM: Nestled in the heart of the Lake District, my client are an established yet forward thinking firm whose client base includes major, household name companies as well many local high net worth individuals.
