Highly successful firm in Warwickshire seeks a Private Crime Solicitor/Barrister on a full-time, permanent basis.
Joining our client's thriving practice located in the Royal Leamington Spa area, the successful applicant will undertake a complex caseload of fraud and private crime matters, so extensive experience within both areas is essential. There may be an opportunity for the right candidate to progress to a senior management position within the firm.
Responsibilities
• Preparing and presenting cases at trial
• Conducting advocacy
• Fraudulent matters
• Homicide
• Drug offences
• Sexual offences
• Regulatory offence
• Harassment
The Candidate
• Solicitors and barristers with a minimum of seven years' PQE
• Experience in privately funded criminal matters is essential
• The successful candidate will be a dedicated and confident advocate
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A team player with good interpersonal skills
