Commercial Finance Manager

My client is an established, growing technology company based near Maidenhead in Berkshire. Having taken on a number of entities through acquisition, and in light of their continued organic growth, they are now looking to recruit a commercially-focused finance professional to help support their strategic direction.

The role is focused on partnering the operational aspects of the business. This includes margin analysis, profitability, budgeting, forecasting and commercial insight. You will lead projects associated with the integration of acquired companies, and also play a part in targeting new opportunities. You will support the sales team and work closely with non-finance managers. The structure of the company also dictates that you will have some involvement in operational finance as required and as such, you must have the ability to be hands-on and support the wider finance team.

You will be a qualified accountant with exceptional analytical skills. You will have the gravitas and commercial-insight required to influence at a cross-functional level as well as the flexibility to operate in a smaller, fast moving organisation.
