I am partnering with an international fintech business seeking a Group Finance Controller to join their team. This company is currently achieving a turnover of £150m and is continuing to grow both organically and via acquisition. Subsequently, this is an exciting time to join a fast-paced and dynamic business and requires someone ambitious and hard-working who has previous experience within the fintech space.
The Role:
This role will report into the Group Finance Director and will have a dotted line to the CFO; and will involve management of a team of 8.

This role will report into the Group Finance Director and will have a dotted line to the CFO; and will involve management of a team of 8.
What you will be doing:
- Producing monthly and quarterly management information
- Ownership of the group reporting
- Managing consolidations of group entities
- Oversight of the group cash flow model and forecasting
- Producing analysis and KPI reports across the group
- Partnering with the wider team, including the CFO, CEO and investors
- Assisting with the acquisitions and integrations of new entities.
- Improving month-end processes.
- Improving systems; potential for new ERP system implementation.
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification or equivalent.
- Experience within a similar group environment is advantageous.
- Experience within PE or VC-backed companies is preferable.
- Experience within the technology and software space is essential.
- Strong Excel and modelling skills.
- Strong communication skills.
