Finance Manager

Finance Manager: Salary >£50-65k + >30% bonus + benefits required for a growing infrastructure construction business. The individual will be responsible for managing a team of accountants in relation to a portfolio of projects in following sectors: education, healthcare, social housing, government accommodation, street lighting, waste water treatment and student accommodation. As well as new growth sectors such as renewable energy.

This Finance Manager role would suit a commercial finance professional from practice (Big 4 or equivalent trained i.e.ACA or CIMA) with or without industry experience that would like to progress their career gaining exposure to strategy, operational finance, restructuring and managing change. The Finance Manager role involves the management and leadership of a growing finance team. Career progression is on offer as well as exposure to the senior management team in areas of commercial finance, investment and strategy.

Main elements of the Finance Manager role include:

- Project Accounting

- Commercial Finance

- Strategy and change management

- Leadership, management, training and development of other junior finance employees

- Working closely with leadership team in commercial and operational matters
